We had our marine deisel generator fixed on our boat..(Or NOT). So we thought Lasted 7 hours and NO help. SUPER expensive for 7 hours!!!!!!!! DO NOT recommended ever. . Skip and pass. Go anywhere else.

It's no secret that finding a competent (or available!) marine mechanic is never easy. Finding one while you are heading north with a problem is literally impossible! We called Specialized Mechanical Services on a recommendation. Kris Ward, the service manager, sent Caleb Stephenson the tech at the end of the day! Two incredible professionals. THANK YOU for the service! Caleb was awesome (despite being there after hours) and had us on our way soon after! Thanks gents, service not found too often anymore. WE APPRECIATE IT!

Lee McLaughlin from Specialized Mechanical Services. INC. is a consummate professional. He will assist in finding and researching marine parts for your boat. I was very satisfied with his service. Had to have a new engine installed in my Cruisers Yacht. They were Yanmar diesels with only 700 hours and one blew. We live near Richmond. Kris and his team met with us, laid out a plan, jumped through some hoops, communicated regularly and came in right at budget. Replacing an engine was not something we had planned for but having great service made the problem seem less worrisome. Highly recommend their business!

Can't say enough about these guys. We we're passing through on our way to Florida when we started having generator issues. These guys were crazy busy and couldn't get to us right away. Kris the service manager still took time to walk me through some basic troubleshooting over the phone that got us fixed and back on the water again. What an awesome company! Highly recommend
